Deactivating your Accuse Express account
When you deactivate your Accuse Express account, you begin the process that leads to permanent deletion. This starts a 30-day period during which you can change your mind and reactivate your account.
Once deactivated, your username and public profile will no longer appear on the Accuse Express app.
Deleting your Accuse Express account
After the 30-day deactivation period ends, your account is permanently erased. If you don’t log in during those 30 days, it signals to us that you want the account deleted for good. After deletion, the account is removed from our systems entirely, it cannot be restored, and past posts are no longer accessible.

Accuse Express maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward all forms of child sexual exploitation, and we remove certain types of media depicting physical abuse of minors to prevent the normalization of violence against children.
Our Child Safety policy exists to protect minors from sexual and physical abuse, along with the psychological harm that can occur when such material is shared. Under this policy, Child Safety content includes any material involving Child Sexual Exploitation, Physical Child Abuse Media, or Media Depicting Minors in Physical Altercations, as described below.
We welcome users to express themselves on Accuse Express—whether they are sharing personal experiences, raising awareness, or speaking out about the exploitation of minors. Even so, posting media that shows children being sexually abused or subjected to certain forms of physical abuse can unintentionally reinforce harm, contribute to re-victimization, or normalize violence against minors, regardless of the poster’s intentions. For this reason, Accuse Express may remove such content even when it is published to inform, protest, or highlight injustice. Our foremost priority is safeguarding minors from physical and psychological harm, no matter the context in which such material appears.
Within our policies, we use “children” and “minors” interchangeably to refer to any person under 18 years of age.
Child Sexual Exploitation
Accuse Express does not allow any material that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation. This includes real media, written content, illustrations, or computer-generated imagery, including generative AI content. Intent does not lessen the harm; viewing, sharing, linking, or interacting with any form of child sexual exploitation material contributes to the continued victimization of minors and places children at serious risk. This prohibition extends to content that glorifies, promotes, or otherwise encourages child sexual exploitation in any form.
Physical Child abuse Media
To reduce the risk of revictimizing minors or normalizing violence against them, Accuse Express removes most media that depicts physical abuse of a child, even when the intent is to inform others or express concern.
When determining how to handle this type of content, we consider several factors:
• whether the child is nude, partially clothed, or fully clothed
• the level and seriousness of the harm shown
• whether the media is shared in an abusive context, a non-abusive context, or for legitimate news or reporting purposes.
How to report
Anyone can report violations of this policy through our in-app reporting tools or through our Help Center. You do not need an Accuse Express account to submit a report.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger or at risk of serious harm, contact your local law enforcement right away.
Please keep in mind that interacting with child sexual exploitation material can be illegal. Report it immediately and avoid liking, replying, reposting, screenshotting, following accounts that share it, or engaging with it in any way. We do not require you to collect or provide evidence of the violation when making a report.
